Target

If I did not keep track of what the prices I was supposed to be charged I would have been overcharged on every sale item. Not one came up with the correct price on the register. Also many items on the Xmas sale rack are not on sale. Typical bait and switch. Everything says 50% until you get to the register. I advise everyone to check the prices ringing up on the register s this is not the first time it has happened at Target!

Time to grab my 7 items: 3 minutes. Time spent in checkout line watching checker slowly unfold,scan, and refold a dozen identical towels: 20 minutes. You had 12 available counters with only 3 open to serve about 100 people in line. Is there is no one responsible to notice that the lines are so long that they are wrapping so far into the main isle that people don’t even know which line they are in? Instead of wasting millions of dollars renovating the store, hire 5 more cashiers. The new layout has zero affect on my shopping experience but waiting 20 minutes in line seriously negatively affects it. For years, EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have shopped this store, it has taken far longer to check out than it did to shop. Also, every single time that I have shopped here for years, I have regretted it. I there was any alternative within walking distance, I would never shop here again. Even more upsetting is seeing signs everywhere saying “Target run and done” and “Hope you had fun on your Target run”…yeah, I have so much fun spending 20 minutes in line to check out every single time I shop here. If you can’t manage to smoothly get people through checkout on the first Friday of October, how the hell do you think you will be able to manage the holiday season?!? It is years past due for the manager of this store to be fired.

My husband and I did our weekly grocery shopping at the Oxnard West Target store today. While checking out, we noticed the extremely high bill (vs. what's typical), so I checked the receipt when we arrived at our vehicle in the parking lot. I noticed that we were accidentally charged $71.99 for a box of 8 Peanut Butter Perfect Bars (cost per bar is usually $2.50 per, and should've been roughly $20 instead of $72). So, we headed to the Customer Service counter inside the store and Lucia helped us. We explained the situation and showed Lucia the receipt, and she quickly and effectively resolved the overcharge. We were both very grateful for how friendly and efficient she was - it's not always easy to maintain a good attitude when your main purpose is to resolve customer issues and questions. She made the whole thing pretty easy and fast... which we appreciated very much. Great customer service! Thank you, Lucia!!!

I absolutely LOVE all the new upgrades! Gives the feeling of a mini shopping mall. The only thing that is missing is for them to bring the Snack Bar back!! My daughter & I enjoy a bag of popcorn & a soft pretzel w/ cheese.... YUMMY! The prices are going up like everywhere else, I strongly recommend downloading the Target app for additional savings & rewards!

This target is the newest on in a 25 mile radius it has its own parking garage just like the one in the Valley with both elevators and escalators including escalators for the carts! this is a larger than most store and has a lot of check out stands. They have a Starbucks as most do now, the Eye doctor here is Great, and Samantha Z. runs the optics dept flawlessly. This last time we were in was just before Christmas and the store was ran sacked lots of stuff on the floor from rude people not controlling their animals (Unruly children) The staff was on point for the most part trying in vain to clean up and restock the shelves and in all this holiday hubbub. The ones we asked questions to regarding where to find a particular item were very nice and helpful even with all the people there. Even with all the registers open the lines were long with last minute Christmas shoppers. Fortunately or unfortunately, they didn't have what we were looking for so we didn't have to wait in the long checkout lines but had to find our items else where. For everyday stuff this is the place to get it.
